This privacy policy explains how personal data is processed when you visit our website or enquire about our renovation services.
2. Hosting by STRATO
Our website is hosted by STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany. STRATO processes the technical connection data needed to provide the website.
When you visit the website, data processed includes your IP address, the time of access, the pages and files requested and technical browser information. This processing allows the website to be delivered and helps detect and prevent attacks and faults.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is to provide a reliable and secure website. STRATO receives the data required for hosting and acts as our data processor for this purpose.
According to STRATO, IP addresses stored to detect and prevent attacks are retained for a maximum of seven days. This period relates to security-related IP address retention, not the retention of enquiries or contractual documents.

3. Contact and renovation enquiries
When you contact us by email or telephone, we process the information you provide. This may include your name, contact details, the property address, details of the work requested and photographs you choose to send.
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, discuss your project, arrange appointments and, where appropriate, prepare a quotation or carry out an order.
For enquiries relating to entering into or performing a contract with you, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. We process other business enquiries under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on our legitimate interest in handling enquiries properly. Where statutory retention obligations apply, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
Providing information is voluntary. Without sufficient information and a suitable way to contact you, we may be unable to respond to your request. Please send only details and photographs needed to discuss your project.
4. Recipients and retention
Access is limited to the people in our business responsible for your enquiry or order. The email and telecommunications providers we use also participate in the technical delivery of communications. Other recipients receive data only where necessary and legally permitted for the particular order, or where required by law.
We retain enquiry data for as long as necessary to deal with the matter or perform a resulting contract. We then delete it unless statutory retention requirements or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims require further storage. In that case, processing is restricted to those remaining purposes.
5. Contact by email
Our email links open your email application. We receive your enquiry only when you send the message from that application. This website does not contain a contact form.
6. Cookies and external content
The website code does not set cookies or use LocalStorage or SessionStorage. Fonts, images, stylesheets and scripts are provided locally with the website. No analytics or advertising trackers, embedded external maps, videos or AI chatbots are used. External links open other providers’ services only when you follow them. The language switch uses page links and does not store a language preference.
7. Your rights
Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you have the right to access your personal data, rectify inaccurate data, request erasure or restriction of processing and receive your data in a portable format (Articles 15–20 GDPR).
Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time with effect for the future. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
Right to object
Where we process data under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation. We will stop processing the data unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
You may object at any time to processing for direct marketing, including related profiling. Processing for these purposes will then cease.
To exercise your rights, please use the contact details above.
Right to lodge a complaint
Under Article 77 GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, particularly in the place of your habitual residence, place of work or the alleged infringement.
